Year 6 learn about the police

In their penultimate visit from the Community Police, Year 6 had the chance to explore some of the equipment that the police force use. They raced against the speed camera. They dressed up as police officers and tried out some of the shields. They also were able to explore the police van itself – even getting a chance to be locked up inside! The children have really enjoyed their sessions and they have learned a great deal about how to stay safe. Well done everyone and we look forward to the children’ s presentations next week.
