This week, Year 5 learned about this year’s anti-bullying week theme ‘Choose Respect’. We discussed how we all come from different backgrounds and celebrate our cultures in different ways. We wrote about our families and how we celebrate events in our own unique ways, then displayed these for us all to understand and show respect for each other.
In Art and Design, we completed our Ancient Greek inspired vases. We decorated them with geometric patterns and Olympic events, as the Olympic games originated in Ancient Greece. What incredible work!
