The Year 4 children took part in their curriculum assembly this morning. We were really proud of all the children for singing beautifully, speaking clearly and behaving so well.
In Art this week, we have been further developing our sketching and shading skills. We did observational drawings of fruit and used sketching pencils to show a range of different tones.
We have also been learning about ‘Option for the Poor and Vulnerable’ as part of our Catholic Social Teaching. We found out about the work that Saint Vincent de Paul do, in helping those that are less fortunate and created leaflets about how we can help others. We looked at different scripture passages that help us to understand why it is so important that we help other people.
