Today, Year 2 students delved into the world of clay, inspired by the captivating sculptures of artist Courtney Mattison. They explored where clay comes from and experimented with it. With tools and techniques, they moulded and shaped, learning the importance of water to revive dry clay.
Green Science Adventure: Planting Bean Seeds!
Year 2 students donned their gardening gloves today, planting bean seeds for an exciting science experiment. With care and curiosity, they sowed seeds into pots, eager to witness growth. Guided by teachers, they learned about plant needs: sunlight, water, and TLC. In the coming weeks, they’ll record growth, nurturing their plants. Stay tuned as our green experiment unfolds.
