Year 2- Welcome back!

Our first week back after half term has been a busy one. In science we have been learning about different materials. The children observed different materials around the classroom and spoke about their properties. On Wednesday we watched the live stream of ‘All Saints Day’ mass led by Year 6. We also had some children plan and lead their peers in collective worship this week. This was a lovely reflective event on our school value determination. We have also been learning about the Gunpowder plot. The children enjoyed role playing the plotters and learning about the events during this time. Enjoy any bonfire and firework celebrations over the weekend! r 2
