This week we have been very artistic and have been putting our skills to the test by creating 3D pop up cards.
Last week we were fortunate enough to have a visit from our environmental tutor Miss Azeska. We had lots of fun looking for some of the signs of spring, we searched for birds, insects and daffodils. We then had a go at planting our own seeds.
In Computing, we have been creating our own maps for Bee Bots to travel around. We worked in pairs to create different environments, some lovely and some scary. We then programmed the Bee Bots to travel to different places, avoiding the scary places.
We were also very fortunate at the end of this week to have a visit from a real Nurse. We prepared a range of questions for her, which she kindly answered. We now lots more about Nurses and their day to day responsibilities and experiences.
We have also been learning about Palm Sunday and created our own Palm Leaf. We reenacted Jesus’ last visit to Jerusalem by singing hosanna.
