Wow, what an amazing first week of Reception! The children have blown us away with how quickly they have settled into their new classes and how lovely they have interacted with their new and existing friends. It was lovely to have ALL of our children in on Friday to introduce themselves to one another. The children have spent lots of time this week singing Nursery Rhymes, playing Maths games, learning our routine and most importantly, exploring our indoor and outdoor area. The biggest step for us so far has been ordering our own school lunches and independently eating and tidying them away. We can’t wait for more fun next week, when we will meet the Nursery children who we will be sharing our environment with!!
