As we start the final term of Nursery, we have been looking at growing. The children took a visit to the school pond and saw lots of different wildlife and even had a try at stroking a newt! We are now waiting for caterpillars to arrive to watch how they grow into butterflies – watch this space!
We learn a nursery rhyme each week in Nursery and this week we have been learning Mary had a little lamb and next week we are learning Little Bo Peep. The children have been decorating and cutting out their sheep working collaboratively with a partner.
In R.E, we have been focusing on the Creation Story and the children have been creating a board depicting all the different days of the story. We have also been re-enacting key points of the Easter Week and focusing on the Good News that Jesus is risen!
