This week in art, we have started to make our Ancient Greek inspired pots. The children had the task of layering strips of newspaper on top of a balloon using pva paste. Watch out for next weeks post to see how we are getting on.
National Poetry Day!
In year 5 for national poetry day, we looked at the poem called ‘One’ written by James Berry. It is based on how everyone is unique and how nobody can take that way from you. Both classes did really well and wrote some fantastic poems based off Mr Berry’s poem.
