This week, we had the fantastic opportunity to welcome Steve Frew, the British artistic gymnast, to our school! Steve has proudly represented Scotland and Great Britain over 100 times in international gymnastics competitions. During his visit, Year 3 joined in some challenging physical drills and attended a special assembly where Steve shared stories about his childhood and career. He also passed on his three important mottos: never give up, keep on trying and believe in yourself. His words have truly inspired the children, who have shown brilliant determination and resilience in their lessons this week!
