At St Alban & St Stephen Catholic Primary School, our pupils have a vital role to play as leaders and role models in our school. We believe that giving our pupils responsibility as leaders empowers them, helps them to grow in confidence and enables them to discover and develop their own, unique God-given talents. Our pupil leaders are encouraged to be shining examples to the whole school community. They are empowered to become courageous advocates and to speak out about causes that they are passionate about.”
