This week Nursery have been continuing with the theme of The very Hungry Caterpillar.
We have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly.
Please ask your children what they can remember.
We have made symmetrical butterflies. We put paint on one side and smudged it to make a beautiful pattern.
Our focus number was the number 8, the children have been practising writing the number 8 by writing the letters and joining the ends together.
We have also been comparing things that are taller and shorter. Who is taller and who is shorter in your house.
Next week, in Nursery, we will be learning about spiders and making some fury friends to bring home. We hope you all enjoy your long weekend.
