This week in Nursery we have been learning about repeated patterns in lots of different ways! We have created active patterns such as ‘stomp, clap, stomp, clap’. We have used shapes, objects and colours to create lots of different patterns and the children are spotting them in the environment!
The children’s interests have led to us creating a car wash this week and it was the perfect weather for it! It showed good teamwork as they worked together to make sure the bikes and cars were spotless!
As the whole school took part in Green Day, the Nursery children went to the pond, did some den building, made clay faces and much more! Although a very hot day, it was enjoyed by all and we will be learning about how to look after our world in the coming weeks in R.E.
