What a fantastic week we’ve had! On Tuesday, we were thrilled to welcome a lovely taxi driver and his iconic London black cab as part of our London topic. The children were fascinated to learn more about this famous mode of transport, and we even had a sneak peek at a similar cab that will be featured in the new Paddington film! It truly was a delightful sight, and the kids couldn’t stop talking about it.
Then, on Thursday, we celebrated World Poetry Day with great enthusiasm! The children collaborated to create a brilliant class poem on the theme of counting. It was wonderful to see their creativity shine through, and the collective effort resulted in an exceptional piece. To capture this moment, we recorded Cherry class’s poem, and I encourage everyone to have a listen. Enjoy our week of learning and creativity, and stay tuned for more exciting updates!
