As part of our Religious Education, we have been learning about the Sikh faith. Classes from Reception to Year 6 took part in assemblies and workshops led by Mr Singh, from the Sikh Education Service. It was really interesting and inspirational to learn about how Sikhs believe that we are all special and that we should always be thankful, tell the truth and share. Key Stage 2 enjoyed learning more about Mr Singh’s life and how his Sikh faith has affected the way that he chooses to live. Thank you to Mr Singh, who conveyed a powerful message of respect and tolerance for others and the belief that everyone is equal.
