The month of March marks an annual international celebration of the French-speaking world. The official Journée internationale de la francophonie is March 20th, but events and celebrations are held across the French-speaking world throughout the whole month.
The French Institute in London is hosting a wide variety of events this March, from films to music and even a French rap competition for Primary School pupils! Please see me if you are interested in writing and filming your own French rap song to enter the competition! Details of all events can be found on the French Institute website.
Language Angels has also created a new online game to celebrate French Language Day and to help you find out all about four different French speaking countries. All details can be found on your Google Class Stream.
And for those of you who would like to celebrate St Patrick’s Day later this month, Language Angels has also created games in French, Spanish and Italian to enjoy!
