The governing body is made up of four committees:
- Resources Committee
- Teaching, Learning and Community Committee
- Admissions
- Confidential
The Resources committee is responsible for matters to do with finance, human resourcing, school premises, health and safety and staffing. They meet once a term and follow a work plan which covers many aspects associated directly with their strategic role.
The Teaching, Learning and Community Committee are responsible for matter that deal with curriculum and assessment, development plans and communication.
