This week was a very exciting week in Year 2 as we got to hold the chicks! Everybody was so careful and gentle with them. The best news of all is that they won’t be going too far as some members of staff have kindly offered to keep them! We loved learning about the life cycle of a chick and we found out many interesting facts.
In our art lessons over the past two weeks we have been creating fish that we sculpted with clay. They are now painted and ready for display! As it was art week this week, we also practised our painting skills on water coloured paper using different shades of blue to create a sea effect.
