Yesterday we made mobiles for Earth day. We attached our promises of how we can look after the Earth. Things we thought we could do were: have shorter showers, plant more trees, walk instead of taking the car, turn off the lights when we are not using them, switch off appliances so they are not on standby and use public transport more.
In Science we explored creating a battery to power an LED diode. We tried with one lemon but we were unsuccessful. Further investigating was required. Finally, we got one to light up using 3 lemons however, this was the minimum required and it took many more for some to work. I wonder why this was?
