Today we went to Mountfitchet castle as part of our topic on “castles”. We explored all the little buildings within the castle walls getting to see how people lived in the past. Luckily, the weather stayed mainly dry for the day.
This week we wrote instructions on ‘How to look after chicks’. We used imperative verbs to give clear instructions. We also got to hold the chicks too!! They were really cute and fluffy.
As it was science week we were also very busy doing lots of science activities. We had our mad science assembly and we also did an experiment to test the length of time jelly took to set with different fruits.
