Sports Day
Sports Day was the highlight of the week. The weather looked doubtful earlier in the week but on the actual day we didn’t have any rain. All the children enjoyed the various races they had, which included an obstacle course, a sprint, a bean bag race and a hoop race. At the end of the session, after the points were totalled up, St Teresa emerged as the winning house. At the end of the day, the children enjoyed their well deserved ice lolly!
Outdoor learning
The children had great fun making pom poms this week in outdoor learning. Last week we made ‘god’s eyes’ so making pom poms is another craft skill using wool that we have learnt to do.
