It’s been a busy and exciting week in Year 4! (as usual). It started off with a whole school observance of Remembrance Day on Monday and then finished with Year 4 children planting bulbs in the school grounds with Miss Sophia. Other highlights of the week have been the activities we did as part of ‘Anti-Bullying Week’ as well as our focus on Judaism in our R.E. lessons. We were fortunate to have Rabbi Zvi visit our school and deliver a workshop on the Synagogue and the Torah, interspersed with biblical stories. The children were captivated by his talk and really enjoyed learning about Judaism. Each day we did an anti-bullying related activity. We particularly enjoyed odd socks day and took photos of our socks after we’d completed our anti-bullying themed PSHE lesson. Later in the week we did artwork based around ourselves and we created a personalised coat of arms.
