We’re pleased to share that our first week in nursery has been off to a great start. The children have been adjusting well, and it’s been a positive beginning for everyone involved.
Settling In
This week has been all about getting comfortable in the new nursery environment. It’s been reassuring to see the children gradually become more at ease with their surroundings and routines. They’re beginning to understand the daily flow of nursery life, and we’re here to support them every step of the way.
Making New Friends
Another highlight of the week has been watching the children meet and interact with their new peers. They’ve been getting to know each other through various activities and play, and it’s clear they’re starting to build new friendships. It’s wonderful to see them engage with each other and start forming bonds in their new setting.
Exploring the Outdoors
The children have also had the chance to explore our outdoor area this week. They’ve enjoyed spending time outside, discovering the space, and participating in various activities. The outdoor environment has offered them a refreshing change of pace and an opportunity to learn and play in a different setting.
First Art Projects
One of the first activities we introduced was drawing. The children created their initial pictures in nursery, using crayons and other art materials. It’s been interesting to see their early attempts at expressing themselves through art and to observe their individual styles and preferences.
Overall, it’s been a smooth and encouraging start to the nursery year. We appreciate the support from parents and look forward to continuing this journey with the children. Here’s to more learning and growth in the weeks ahead.
