What a fantastic week it has been in Year 2! We’ve been busy with exciting activities that kept our spirits high and our creativity flowing. On Wednesday, we had an incredible drama session with Lewis from Perform, exploring the magical theme of ‘Under the Sea’. The children thoroughly enjoyed diving into this imaginative world, playing drama games and engaging in speaking and listening activities that left everyone buzzing with energy.
In addition to our dramatic exploits, we’ve also been hard at work in Design and Technology, investigating strength and stability as we investigated which shapes would be the best to construct our chairs. The creativity and problem-solving skills on display have been truly impressive!
Sadly, today we are saying goodbye to the wonderful Mrs LePratti. We wish her all the best in her new adventure and are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed to Cherry Class and SSAS. Your smile will be dearly missed!
As we wrap up this exciting week, be sure to enjoy our photos capturing all the fun we’ve had! We’re looking forward to finishing our Asian animal masks after the half-term break. Wishing everyone happy holidays!
